The brackets and adapters will help you attach things to a container beyond what Domino Clamps can do by themselves by changing the size and position of the attachment point, as well as moving the attachment plane from vertical to horizontal.

They are therefore particularly useful for additions to the container which will stick out of the side, such as a lean-to awning or exterior racking, and on top of the container, such as photovoltaic solar panels. 

Our brackets and adapters are designed to endure the toughest outdoor and weather conditions. We use high-quality materials to design for resilience and strength - so that they provide steadfast support for your outdoor projects.

How do your brackets and adapters attach to the shipping container?

All the brackets and adapters in this collection are designed to be paired up with one or more Domino Clamps to attach almost anything to your shipping container.

The Domino Clamp attaches easily and safely to any ISO shipping container corner casting.

There is no need to drill or screw into the container!

How do I determine the right bracket type for my shipping container project?

We have provided a range of different brackets in various sizes, thicknesses and styles to cover as many options as possible. It will be up to you to decide which bracket suits your purpose best. If in doubt, choose something stronger than needed.

What materials are your brackets made of?

All our brackets are made from European steel, here in the UK. Some are made from mild steel and some from stainless steel.

Are they suitable for outdoor use?

All the brackets and adapters are suitable for outdoor use without any further weather resistance needed. Most are hot dip galvanised with zinc to the ISO standard BS 1461, and some are stainless steel. Neither will rust, even in marine environments.

Do your brackets and adapters come with mounting hardware, and what tools are required for installation?

All brackets and adapters are provided with the required screws, bolts, and/or fixings to attach them to the Domino Clamps. Tools are not included, though we do have 8mm and 10mm hex keys available for sale on the website. 

Are your brackets and adapters suitable for all shipping containers and sizes?

The Domino Clamps are designed to work on all shipping containers, and any containerised unit which has ISO standard corner castings. Therefore all these brackets are suitable with all types and sizes of ISO shipping containers and conex boxes that have ISO standard corner castings.

What load capacities do your brackets support, and are they suitable for heavy-duty applications?

Currently our brackets are not individually rated for strength. The Domino Clamps themselves however are rated up to 2000 kg in vertical shear.

Can your brackets be customised or modified for specific project requirements?

We offer a wide range of bracket styles for most applications. Some can be further modified such as the Bolt and Weld plate by drilling new holes in the plate as required by your application.

Others such as the angle bracket can be adjusted up and down by a couple of centimetres.
