Shipping policy

We aim to process and send out all orders the same day if placed before midday (GMT), if not they will be shipped the next UK business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

High volume of orders or postal services issues may potentially cause delays that are out of our control but we will keep you updated if we are aware of these situations.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries worldwide except Iran (this country is currently not serviced by DHL). 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Shipping to all countries outside of the UK is under Delivered at place (DAP) incoterms. This means that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Domino Clamps is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.

Important Brexit information

Because Domino Clamps are made in the UK, they are not subject to import duty to any country in the EU. They will however be subject to VAT. So the customer will be required to pay the VAT in the destination country. For a copy of your Full VAT invoice please email accounts@dominoclamps.com

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order by the time you expected to please check the tracking information with the carrier for more information. If there is still a problem, or if the information you are given is unclear, please contact us at sales@dominoclamps.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O Boxes. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Within the UK, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or is faulty in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@dominoclamps.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
